We acknowledge that everyone's time is valuable. To provide every client with the highest level of care and an exceptional experience, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. When booking a service at Corrective Skin, you are agreeing to our policies below. Please review the following policies before booking with out clinic.
A Few Ground Rules
We kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled or reschedules with less than a 24 hour notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. With our clinic booking out clients months in advanced, its difficult to fill a slot in such a short amount of time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Due to clients receiving a confimation request via email and text 72 hours prior, a 24 hour text reminder, and a 12 hour email reminder we maintain a strict no-show policy with no exceptions. Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. No shows leave appointment time that cannot be filled and significantly impact our business.
No-Shows
Any retail products, services, prepaid packages, and deposits cannot be refunded. Once product leaves our clinic it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping, please contact us.
